We stop a glass of milk, we put the rest on the fire
Mix the flour with the sugar, the milk we stopped, the crushed strawberries and mix well.
When the milk has started to boil, add the mixture in a thin thread, mix with a continuous wooden spoon until it thickens.
Take the pot off the heat and add the butter and essence, let it cool
Put a layer of coconut in the pan on the stove and with a spoon add the cream carefully, let it cool for 30 minutes.
Mix the whipped cream well (I had problems with it) and let it cool
Caramelize the sugar over which we add the ground walnuts, take them out on a baking sheet, let them cool, then break them with a hammer.
Add the whipped cream over the cream layer, then the walnuts and let it cool for 2 hours.
Cut strips of about 2 cm and roll carefully.
