A terribly simple potato salad but spectacular enough to be served on any meal. In addition, it can be done in almost any season. 4 pink potatoes,
1/2 chicken breast,
1 clove of garlic,
little bit dry white wine (50 ml, to say),
2 sprigs of green onion,
4 dried tomatoes,
1 sprig of rosemary,
oil (possibly extravirgin) of olives,
salt and pepper.

Boil the potatoes in their skins first. Allow to cool.
