4 pink potatoes,
1/2 chicken breast,
1 clove of garlic,
little bit dry white wine (50 ml, to say),
2 sprigs of green onion,
4 dried tomatoes,
1 sprig of rosemary,

INGREDIENT:

350 g red rice
3-4 carrots
1/4 celery
3 green onions

1 red chilli pepper

2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
a piece of ginger (1-2 cm)
salt pepper

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Boil the rice in salted water (one part rice and two parts water) for about 25 minutes, then strain. (Red rice can be replaced with basmati rice, or wild rice with wheat barley, or even quinoa.)
Prepare the dressing by mixing finely chopped chilli pepper and ginger, lime juice, honey, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
