So I thought of turning a simple porridge into a healthy dessert for my family, many in number, who are not on a side-by-side diet with me.

Ingredient:
& # 8211 2 cups oatmeal with hemp seeds

& # 8211 100 gr vanilla powdered sugar

This is how I have vanilla caster sugar, which I can then grind and the vanilla powdered sugar is ready.

Okay, we're done with the sugar and cream cheese, it's time to measure 2 cups of oatmeal with hemp seeds (keep 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar for oatmeal)

Then slowly pour the hot water, stirring constantly. We need to get a creamy porridge, thicker than thin, so we add water gradually. At the end we add the vanilla powdered sugar.

Then we assemble the dessert: in a cup for ice cream we put 2-3 tablespoons of oat cream, over we put a few strawberries cut in half

Then 2-3 generous tablespoons of cream cheese

Other strawberries, another oat cream and at the end the decoration: a fresh strawberry, from Satu Mare in my case and a rain of peeled hemp seeds and almond flakes.

From the above quantities come 4 servings, which will certainly not be enough for how good this whole thing is. Even Luca ate, but it was to be expected, because oatmeal with hemp seeds is already part of his weekly menu, along with hemp flour biscuits, which I fail to bake in the rhythm in which they are eaten. INGREDIENT:

Sprinkle with the oatmeal mixture. Bake for 30 minutes or until dark golden. Allow to cool and serve.

This recipe involves two healthy and very filling ingredients: bananas and oatmeal. Then, depending on what other cravings you have, you can add chocolate flakes, nuts, almond flakes, cinnamon or whatever you like best.

Today we will enjoy a drink full of vitamins and color, the best way to start the morning ♡. I prepared a smoothie delights of strawberries, fresh oranges and banana = energy per square / glass☺. The preparation of such a smoothie does not take more than 5 minutes, depending on the ingredients chosen. Countless combinations can be made according to everyone's preferences, you can add milk, soy milk or yogurt.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

juice from 2 oranges
1 banana, peeled and sliced
6-7 strawberries, washed good and cut into slices or pieces
1 teaspoon oatmeal & # 8211 optional

Method of preparation:

Pour the orange juice into the blender jar, add the rest of the fruit and if you want a teaspoon of oatmeal or 1/2 teaspoon of honey. It pulsates until it becomes a homogeneous paste.
