For this recipe you need the following ingredients: 1 kg of lures, frying oil, flour, salt, pepper and a glass of white port wine.

Before being prepared, the baits are left in the refrigerator for a few hours in cold water. Then remove from the liquid and place in a bowl with cold salted water, then bring to a boil over low heat. Foam often, and 5 minutes after the first boil, remove in cold water, leave for 2-3 minutes and then drain very well. Wrap in a clean towel and let it drain under the press for at least an hour. It is cleaned with a sharp knife, skin, stingy or greasy. Then I'm ready to go.

Preparation: Saute a mixture of wild mushrooms with a chopped shallot, a little butter, salt, pepper and a clove of finely chopped garlic, until the liquid of the vegetable evaporates completely, then add the liquid cream and add more. a little boiling.

Chop the parsley and turkey breast. Add in the minced meat the egg, the chopped parsley, the crushed garlic, the broth, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and salt to taste. Mix well until the mixture becomes even. Put baking paper on a tray and grease it with olive oil, then sprinkle with breadcrumbs, so that the meatballs do not stick. Baked turkey meatballs

Everyone knows that we must avoid frying. But what do we do with the meatball craving? Simple: we make them in the oven. Spraying them with a little oil and by baking over high heat they come out even super red and tasty, you don't realize that they are not fried :) Wonderful with a big and fresh salad next to it :)

Ingredient (32 pcs):

  • 500g minced turkey meat
  • 2 small carrots
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 3-4 lg flour / breadcrumbs *
  • 1 lg olive oil
  • a few sprigs of parsley
  • 1 or
  • salt pepper

Finely chop the onion, garlic, carrot and parsley, then mix all the ingredients well until the composition is homogeneous and binds. I recommend chopping your own meat at home, with a mincer or by pressing it a few times on the robot.

With wet hands (or with meatball tongs like this) model meatballs the size of a golf ball, place them on a tray lined with baking paper and spray oil on them (I used a flavored oil spray from Lidl).

Put the tray in the preheated oven over high heat (200C) until golden brown (about 30 minutes). After 15 minutes, I turn on the oven ventilation, in order to brown it nicely. Great appetite!

*Baby-friendly: use very little salt only after the age of 1 year, and pepper in moderation, being a strong spice and gastric irritant. Low carb: use almond flour. Gluten-free: use gluten-free flour / breadcrumbs from Schar.

Wet your hands and mold the meatballs the size of a golf ball, place them on a tray lined with baking paper. And into the preheated oven at 200C until they turn brownish (about 25-30 min, depending on the oven). Enjoy!
