Dough: Beat eggs with salt powder and sugar, add sour cream, then oil, mix well, add vanilla essence with vanilla sachet, and finally add flour mixed with baking powder and put little by little until it forms a light dough to stretch.

Stuffing: We clean the apples and put them on a large grater, then we boil them with sugar and cinnamon until all the apple juice is reduced.

Divide the dough into 2 and in a large tray lined with oil and flour, or with baking paper (as I did) I spread a sheet of dough and placed it in the tray, then the apple filling and at the end the other sheet of dough. Prick the dough from place to place with a fork and put in the oven for approx. 30min or until nicely browned on top. Powder with powdered sugar!
