Pasta with tomato sauce and wild mushrooms

In a frying pan, heat the onion in the hot oil, add the boiled mushrooms and let it cook for approx. 3 min.
Mix grease with a spatula, add the crushed garlic, spices to taste, leave for a few seconds, then add the peppers, let them fry for 3 minutes together.
Peel and finely chop the tomatoes, add them over the mushrooms, add the sugar, olives, season with salt if necessary and let it boil for approx. 10 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
We do not add water because they will leave the tomatoes.
Add the cooked pasta according to the instructions on the package, mix until smooth, leave for a few more seconds, then serve hot with cheese on top.
