The chicken legs are boiled in salted water and optionally you can put a whole carrot (just for taste).
Put the onion in olive oil, with paprika, ginger and pepper.
When the thighs are almost cooked, place them over the hardened onion, adding a pinch of the juice in which they were boiled, let it simmer.
The legs are removed on a plate, and over the onion we add sour cream mixed with flour and thin with a little water.
Add the sliced garlic, and gradually a pinch of the juice. Stir continuously, add a little salt and pepper.
After a few minutes, add the chicken legs, stirring often.
Sprinkle red pepper and finely chopped dill on top!
