In the summer, stuffed peppers can't be missing from our menu !! especially if the peppers are from our garden :)

  • 10-12 small peppers
  • 500 g meat (beef + pork)
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • a dill connection
  • salt
  • pepper
  • thyme
  • oil

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes


First we wash and cut the back of the peppers, we clean the seeds.

Put oil in a pan and sauté the onion with the rice for a few minutes. Add the fresh tomato juice and leave it on the fire until it shrinks a bit.

In a bowl put the meat over which we add the rice + onion + tomato juice. Add salt, pepper, thyme and finely chopped dill.

Mix the ingredients well.

Fill each pepper and put a lid cut from a tomato.

Place the peppers in a pot and boil them with hot water mixed with a little tomato juice. Boil them for 20 minutes on high heat, then reduce the heat and cook until the rice is ready to boil.

It is accompanied by sour cream.
