First we boil the chicken breast. Separately, boil the peeled carrots and separate the eggs.
While the meat is boiling, finely chop (as with Beef salad) pickles. We put the Telemea cheese on the grater with small eyes.
Chop the boiled meat, chop the carrots and onions and put them all in a bowl. We also chop the diced eggs, and we mix a yolk (or even less) with a little mayonnaise and we put it through the cheese given on the grater with small leisure. Add mayonnaise and a pinch of salt and mix well.
We cut the julienne donuts.
We assemble the salad on a dome-shaped plate. Garnish with slices of donut, put the motto of the egg yolk hat. At the base of the cap, add the rest of the grated cheese.
