4. Fry the pancakes on one side only.

5. Filling . Boil the fillet in salted water, let it cool and cut it into small pieces.

6. Chop the onion and carrot and fry until ready, add the chopped mushrooms and season with salt and pepper.

7. Add the chicken fillet to the vegetables and mushrooms, stirring.
