This fudge uses Mexican chocolate, which contains cinnamon, giving this fudge a pleasantly spicy kick to its aftertaste.

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups milk or dark chocolate chips
  • 14 Ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 Teaspoon cayenne pepper or ancho chili powder

Directions

Line an 8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside. In a medium sauce pan melt the chocolate with the condensed milk. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Then, add in the cinnamon and pepper. Stir to combine, and then pour the fudge into the prepared pan. Chill for at least 4 hours or until firm. Then slice and serve!
