As I told you, I had that broth soup, so I cleaned and chopped the vegetables and put them in the pot.

I washed the rice in some water and then I added it to the soup.

In the meantime, I started making the meatballs: the meat together with the egg, pepper, thyme, basil and a little salt, I mixed them and then I formed the meatballs and placed them on a bottom.

When the vegetables together with the rice were half cooked, I added the meatballs one by one.

When they were all cooked, I put the pepper broth, the tomato juice, the vegetables and the broth. I left it for about 10 minutes, then I removed it from the heat and I added the chopped larch and parsley.
