Put the chicken breast to boil with salt. After boiling, remove from the water and cool.

While the vegetables and meat are boiling, cut the cucumbers into small cubes and drain.

Cut the carrots and diced potatoes.

Boil one of the 3 eggs hard. Grate the yolk and put 2 raw yolks on top. Stir until smooth and then add oil until you get the desired amount of mayonnaise. (I eat less mayonnaise, so I used about 250 g). But the quantity can be adjusted according to preferences.

Mix the following diced ingredients: chicken breast, cucumbers, potatoes and carrots. Add salt, peas and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth.

Chicken breast salad and leek

During the holidays, I went to my parents' house and I learned a special recipe from my mother, a different kind of salad. Usually, on holidays, Romanians don't miss the classic beef salad on the table, but we said to try something else and we really liked it. It's a very simple recipe, but as simple as it is good. I apologize for the quality of the pictures. In reality, it looks much better.

Ingredients chicken breast salad with leeks & # 8211 large portion, about 7 people:

  • a whole chicken breast (about 700 g)
  • 2 leeks
  • a large box of corn (still about 700 g)
  • 200 g cream 25% fat or a Cremosso yogurt
  • 150 g of mayonnaise & # 8211 you can buy it ready-made, or you make it & # 8211 the recipe is here
  • 2 boiled eggs (3 appear in the picture because I used an egg for mayonnaise, as well as a teaspoon of mustard)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Boil the chicken breast, leave to cool and then cut into strips or cubes & # 8211 will not come out perfectly cut, because the chicken breast will break. Wash the leeks well, cut the ends and then cut each piece in half lengthwise. At leek, make sure there is no sand between the sheets. Then chop and rub with salt to soften.

Fry the chicken breast a little in the pan with oil.

Then make the mayonnaise and mix all the ingredients. It can be decorated in various forms, here you can use your imagination & # 8211 from egg whites to parsley leaves etc.

Lamb soup with larch

  • 3 green onions
  • 1 onion rice
  • 1 sour cream
  • 500 g of lamb
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 link leustean
  • 1 link green parsley

  • 1 cup chopped celery roots
  • 2-3 l water
  • 1 cup borscht

Cut the vegetables into cubes. Cut the meat into pieces and bring to the boil, collecting the impurities from the surface with a foamer. When the meat starts to soften, add the celery, carrots and parsley root, all cubes. Incorporate the rinsed rice before in 2-3 waters and after that, chopped green onions, a beaten egg yolk, then homogenized with 3-4 tablespoons of soup and borscht. Season with salt and pepper to taste. The larch and parsley are added right at the end, when all the other ingredients are almost ready, bring to a boil, then remove from the heat, leave to cool for 5 minutes. When serving, everyone can add sour cream to taste.

Boil the chicken and cut it into cubes. Carrots and potatoes are also boiled (in different pots). Then peel, cut into small cubes. Then I make mayonnaise, as it is known. Collect the cucumber cubes in a gauze to drain the water. The peas drain well from the water. I put all the ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and about 3-4 pepper powders. I mix everything lightly and taste to see if the cucumbers are enough, then I add about 5 good tablespoons of mayonnaise, just enough to bind the ingredients a little. Then I put the salad in a bowl (I choose a nice one), then I glaze it with the remaining mayonnaise. I decorate it with cucumber slices, parsley leaves and pickled peppers.

TIP: Leave it in the fridge for a day, the salad is much better after it is in the fridge than as soon as it is ready, because the flavors of the ingredients mix.
