The price is relatively high, around 150-200 lei per kilogram, the good part is that they are sold in bags of 100-200 grams.

    Put the pine nuts (they are not the same as the pine buds, they are green and syrup is made from them), a few cloves of garlic, freshly grated Parmesan or pecorino and grind them in a mortar (or blender) until they crumble. Then put a good handful of fresh basil leaves, grind them well, gradually pouring extra virgin olive oil, of very good quality.
