Ingredients
- 4 Ounces strawberry puree
- 1/4 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 Teaspoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 Teaspoon sugar
- 3 Ounces Champagne
- 1 strawberry, halved
Directions
Using the Rabbit Electric Cocktail Mixer, mix strawberry puree with vanilla, lemon juice, and sugar. Fill half of a champagne flute with the mixture. Open a bottle of your favorite champagne with the Rabbit Velvet Champagne Pliers.
Top the mixture with champagne and stir gently. Add a strawberry to the rim of the flute for garnish. Don’t forget to seal the remaining champagne with the Rabbit Velvet Champagne Sealer!
