Wash the cherries well and remove the seeds. I bought a plastic seed remover and it helped me a lot.

Grease a square baking tray with butter (30/30 cm) and place the cleaned cherries.

Beat the eggs lightly with a pinch of salt, add the sugar and mix lightly, then add the flour and mix well. We put the milk gradually so as not to get lumpy. Stir continuously until smooth. At the end we put melted and cooled butter and sour cream. We'll get a pancake-like dough.

Pour the dough over the cherries in the pan. Put in the preheated oven (200 degrees) for 40-45 minutes. After the first 20 minutes, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees. The cake is ready when it is well set.

Let the clafoutis cool in the pan, then we can portion it as we like. It is preferable to keep it in the refrigerator and consume it the next day.

A quick, delicious and extremely good dessert. Again my source of inspiration Cucina no problem, which every time I browse it I can't help but prepare a recipe.

So, if guests come to you unexpectedly, this clafoutis is perfect.

Ingredient:
& # 8211 600 g cherries
& # 8211 100 g flour
& # 8211 1 teaspoon baking powder
& # 8211 3 eggs
& # 8211 50 g of fine sugar
& # 8211 200 ml liquid cream
& # 8211 100 ml milk
& # 8211 unt
& # 8211 sare
& # 8211 vanilla powdered sugar

Preparation: grease a 22 cm round tray with butter.
