Yes dear ones, summer has come and I find it harder and harder to cook because of the infernal heat. And for that the slow cooker Crock-Pot is the best ally. A super tasty food, with a minimum of effort.
For potatoes:
- New potatoes - 400 g
- Green onion - 1 bunch
- Green garlic - 1 bunch
- Sweet paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt, pepper - to taste
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Water - 50 ml
For Dorada:
- Larger sea bream - 1 pc
- Semi-dry white wine - 50 ml
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Sage - 4-6 leaves
- Parsley - ½ connection
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Fresh lemon - 1 tbsp
- Salt, pepper - to taste

Preparation time: over 120 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Stewed sea bream with new potatoes in slow cooker Crock-Pot 5.7 l Digital:
Wash the new potatoes well;
Put them in a bowl and sprinkle with olive oil;
Add paprika, salt and pepper;
Mix well;
Put them at the base of the 5.7 L Digital Crock-Pot slow cooker;
Add water next to it;

Meanwhile, clean the sea bream of scales, eviscerate it and remove its gills;
