Uleiul l-am pus într-o cratita si am calit putin cele 5 linguri de faina.

Aluatul este asemanator cu cel de tarte si se face la fel. Faina se pune intr-un bol, se adauga bicarbonatul de sodiu stins cu zeama de lamaie, sarea, untul rece taiat cubulete. Cu ajutorul degetelor seamesteca toate ingredientele apoi se adauga oul si apa rece. Mai intai se adauga o lingura de apa rece si daca aluatul nu e suficient de legat, se adauga inca o lingura de apa rece. Aluatul rezultat e unul elastic si nelipicios, care se inveleste in folie alimentara si se pune in frigider pana cand se pregateste umplutura.

-1 bucata praz
-150 g sunca
-100 g cascaval ras

Prazul se taie marunt si se caleste in uleiul de masline. Se adauga sunca, porumbul, cascavalul ras si condimentele dupa gust.
Aluatul se intinde pe planseta de lucru, se decupeaza cercuri, se pune cate o lingura de umplutura, se pliaza cercurile si se preseaza cu degetele sau cu o furculita. Placintelele astfel obtinute se pun intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Se ung cu galbenus de ou si se presara deasupra putin pesmet amestecat cu boia de ardei iute. Se coc placintelele pana devin aurii. Se servesc simple sau cu diferite sosuri.

Importanta dietei alcaline in ochii oamenilor de stiinta

Biochimist german, cu dublu doctorat in chimie si medicina, Otto Warburg a castigat Premiul Nobel in 1931 pentru cercetarile sale in domeniul respiratiei celulare, demonstrand faptul ca celulele canceroase devin anaerobe (fara oxigen) in mediu acid. Tatal sau a fost un medic foarte respectat, iar in copilaria lui, Warburg a fost in compania “luminatilor” precum: Albert Einstein, Max Planck, Emil Fischer si Walther Nernst, langa care a fost in mod frecvent oaspete.

Dupa parerea lui Warburg, “cancerul, mai mult ca alte boli, are numeroase cauze secundare. Dar si in cazul cancerului exista o cauza primara. Rezumand in cateva cuvinte, cauza primara a cancerului este inlocuirea respiratiei oxigenului in celulele normale din corp, cu fermentatia zaharului”.

Dr. Warburg a scris deasemenea despre relatia intre pH-ul celulelor canceroase si mediu. Atata timp cat fermentatia a fost activitatea metabolica a celulelor canceroase, Dr. Warburg a demonstrat ca celulele canceroase mentin un nivel al pH-ului scazut, pana la pH 6,0 datorita productiei de acid lactic si a nivelului crescut de CO2. El era convins de directa relatie intre pH si oxigen. Un nivel ridicat al pH-ului, inseamna o concentratie mai mare de oxigen in molecule, in timp ce un nivel scazut al pH-ului inseamna un nivel scazut de oxigen.

Dr. Warburg a fost membru al academiilor din Berlin, Copenhaga si Roma. A devenit Doctor Honoris Causa al Universitatii din Oxford in 1965 iar in anul 1963, Societatea Germana de Biochimie si Biologie Moleculara ofera Medalia Otto Warburg pentru incurajarea cercetarilor si a descoperirilor in aceste domenii. Medalia onoreaza marile realizari ale fiziologului in domeniul medicinii si reprezinta cel mai important premiu.Din cercetarile dr. Warburg tragem concluzia ca avem nevoie de o dieta alcalina, bogata in clorofila aducatoare de oxigen in corpul nostru.
