For the mayonnaise, put in a bowl the yeast, a teaspoon of sugar, a teaspoon of flour, a pinch of salt and a little warm milk.

Roll the dough tightly and carefully along the length, then with a thread we cut pieces of approx. 3-4 cm.

The obtained rolls are placed in a tray lined with baking paper, and left to rise in the tray for another 20 minutes.

Then put the tray in the oven, over medium heat and let them brown nicely (I kind of forgot about them and they were harder to brush: D).

For syrup: put the sugar and milk on the fire, and mix until the sugar has melted, and at the end add the vanilla essence.

After the rolls are done, take them out of the oven, let them rest for 5 minutes, no more then syrup them.

They are very good syrups, and with a glass of milk next to them they are perfect!

I can't describe in words how good these cinnamon rolls can be.

Initially, I wanted to make the & # 8222Rolls Cinnabon & # 8221 recipe, but Amira looked at the Almette cheese box and decided: & # 8222I want to eat my cheese & # 8221 :))) So I ran out of cheese for rolls. But I didn't give up, I smiled and moved on & # 8230 :))

The dough is the same as I've been making lately, for the fluffy croissants with walnuts and for the cake. It's so good, soft and fluffy that I actually fell in love with it. :))

2 eggs
100 g sugar
10 g dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
200 ml of milk
60 g butter
550 g flour
1 tablespoon candied orange peel

For the filling:

50 g sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon

For syrup:

500 ml of milk
100 g sugar (or more, as desired)
vanilla essence

Mix the yeast with 1 tablespoon of sugar, 50 ml of warm milk and a little flour. Homogenize and leave in a warm place until it swells and blisters appear on the surface.

Put the mayonnaise in the pan of the bread machine, then add the eggs, the rest of the sugar, the melted and cooled butter, the candied orange peel, the remaining milk and the flour little by little. Knead until all the ingredients are incorporated and obtain an elastic dough. Let it rise until it doubles in volume.

Place the dough on a lightly floured table and spread a rectangular sheet about 0.5 cm thick. Grease with soft butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Roll tightly, lengthwise, then with a thread cut rolls of 4-5 cm.

We put the thread under the roll, then as if we were making a knot we cut the rolls. You can also cut with a knife, but with a thread it cuts perfectly and the cinnamon layers are distinct.

The obtained rolls are placed in a tray lined with baking paper and left to rise again for about 15-20 minutes.

Put the tray in the oven, over medium heat and bake until evenly browned.

For the syrup heat the milk a little, then mix it with the sugar and vanilla.

We leave the rolls to cool in the tray, then we syrup them with milk syrup.

You can syrup them according to your desire, more or less, but with a lot of syrup they are delicious, I assure you.

  • Mix the yeast with the sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour and a little lukewarm water.

Mix the ground walnuts and hazelnuts with the sugar, breadcrumbs and cocoa.

Put a bowl on the fire in which you add the milk and sugar and mix with a whisk. Bring to a boil until the sugar is melted. When the milk has started to boil and the sugar has completely melted, the syrup is ready. Turn off the heat and allow the syrup to reach room temperature.

When the dough has risen, sprinkle the flour on the worktop, turn the dough over, sprinkle the flour on top, flatten it slightly and then spread it with a rolling pin. After you have spread it very well, add the denuca filling and cocoa, which you level on the whole surface of the dough. After you have spread the filling, roll as straight as you can so that you get a roll.
