I only cook eggplants in salads. This time I thought of preparing them differently, especially since I found white eggplants on the market, which taste a little sweeter than regular eggplants. I say that something very good came out. .

  • 8 slices of smoked nape
  • Salt pepper
  • Dried basil

RECIPE PREPARATION Fans of white eggplant with tomatoes and mozzarella:

I cut the eggplant into very thin slices along the length up to the tail, without removing the tail. I added salt and pepper and sprinkled it with olive oil.
