I recommend these pancakes for those who can't eat gluten.

  • 200 gr flour for gluten-free cakes (I used another brand of gluten-free flour that can be found in Spain, I put in the pictures)
  • 2 husband eggs (L)
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 250 ml milk or water
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • A little baking soda

Servings: 7

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Gluten-free dessert pancakes:

In a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar and baking powder.

Separately melt the butter for 5-10 seconds in the microwave, then mix with a whisk and incorporate the milk or water (I used water) and eggs, mix everything very well.

In the bowl with flour, pour little by little the mixture of water with butter and eggs, mix well so as not to form lumps. At the end I added a little baking soda.

I used a small pan (with a diameter of 14 cm), grease the pan with butter or a little oil, heat it.

Put more than half of the polish in the hot pan, when we see that it makes holes on top, turn it on the other side and leave it for about 2 minutes. I got 7 pancakes.

They can be served with whatever you want.

I served them with raspberry jam.

They came out very fluffy and good.

Gluten-free bread

Many foods are eaten with bread. But if you have a gluten intolerance, what do you do? The answer is simple: gluten-free bread!

Gluten is a protein found in many grains, such as wheat, rye and barley. For most people, gluten can be consumed without side effects. But in those who suffer from celiac disease or sensitivity to non-celiac gluten, gluten stimulates stimulates the immune system in an excessive way, destroying the intestinal mucosa.

Signs of celiac disease in adults include sporadic diarrhea and a worrying weight loss, according to Queen Maria. If there are cases of celiac disease in your family, it is good to have tests, even if you do not have symptoms of the disease.

Because gluten intolerance should not stop you from enjoying the small pleasures of life, here is a gluten-free bread recipe that you can prepare regardless of whether you are a beginner or not in the kitchen.
